Mexico Ambassador to Belize visits Dangriga

By Aaron Humes: Today Mexican Ambassador to Belize Martha Zamarripa Rivas was hosted in Dangriga Town, Stann Creek District, at the invitation of Area Representative Dr. Louis Zabaneh and Mayor Robert Mariano.

Ambassador Zamarripa Rivas started with a tour of the Gulisi Museum hosted by historian Anthony Sabal. After a drive through Dangriga, she and her team were offered delicious hudut and lively cultural entertainment.

The hosts shared the vision for Dangriga’s development and thanked the Ambassador and her team for the visit.

Ambassador Rivas in turn reiterated the continued strong commitment of the Mexican people in partnering with Belize for mutual development.
