By BBN Staff: Family and friends of Lucinda Montejo are asking the public to assist with a donation of blood, specifically O+ and B+.

Montejo and her child were injured in a road traffic accident on Sunday evening.

The accident occurred near the Orange Gallery on the George Price Highway when their SUV ran off the side of the road into a ditch.

Montejo and her child are listed in critical condition.

Montejo needs O+ and the child needs B+.
