Ministry of Health and Wellness continues vaccination campaign reaching rural areas in Southern Belize

By Zoila Palma: The Ministry of Health and Wellness continues to reach out to businesses, schools, community centers and more in an effort to make the COVID-19 vaccine more accessible to all Belizeans.

All across the country, health teams are visiting rural communities to offer the COVID-19 vaccine.

On Tuesday, the Independence health team in partnership with HUMANA Belize conducted house to house health education in Bella Vista.

The education campaign was done in anticipation of today’s vaccination drive in the village.

To keep Belize safe, the public is urged to get vaccinated.
