Ministry of Health launches national COVID-19 vaccine campaign

That is the message to Belizeans from the combined Ministries of Health and Wellness, Home Affairs and Tourism, which are hosting what they describe as the official launch of Belize’s COVID-19 vaccine campaign.

Already tens of thousands in critical sectors have been jabbed at least once, but the Government is pushing all Belizeans to be vaccinated in order to help get the country back to as normal as possible.

Prime Minister John Briceno is flanked by Ministers Michel Chebat, Kareem Musa and Anthony Mahler as well as Health CEO Dr Deysi Mendez, who will take the nation through the parameters of the campaign as well as introduce new measures to help stem the pandemic, which has made a brief resurgence in recent weeks.
