By Aaron Humes: The (mainland) Belize District has added 12 cases to its tally of COVID-19 cases.
All are in major urban centers: 6 in Belize City, three in Ladyville, two in Hattieville and one in Lords Bank.
Six new cases have also been reported in San Pedro Town.
The Orange Walk District has six new cases: five in Carmelita and one in Orange Walk Town.
Toledo has added five new cases: one each in Punta Gorda Town, Eldridgeville, San Felipe, San Jose and Santa Ana.
One new case each has been reported in Dangriga Town and Cristo Rey, Corozal.
The updated reporting area running totals are as follows:
Belize District Mainland, 3,522; Cayo, 2,697; Orange Walk, 2,657; Corozal, 1,625; Stann Creek, 1,569; Toledo, 941; and San Pedro, 633.
