Belize Water Services limits visitors to branches due to ongoing pandemic

By BBN Staff: Belize Water Services Limited (BWS) announced today that, due to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases, the company is placing new limitations on customer service visits to branches countrywide.

Customer service visits to branches are now limited to senior citizens and those with appointments. BWS encourages customers who have customer service queries to access help remotely through telephone, Whatsapp messaging, email, and social media requests.

“Our cashier services continue to be available country-wide; however, we encourage customers to use the online banking portals to make payments and to avoid long lines,” BWS said.

The company also urged members of the public to continue doing their part to fight the spread of COVId-19 by adhering to the prevention protocols established by health authorities.
