By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belize Water Services (BWS) said its San Ignacio Branch is now reopened to the public since 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 18.

The office was closed on Friday, October 16, for sanitization purposes.

BWS said that the BWS San Ignacio Branch Customer Service visits will be restricted to senior citizens or by appointment only.

BWS is encouraging its customer to access its services via telephone, WhatsApp messages, email, or social media requests.

BWS cashier services continue being available, however, BWS encourages customers to use the online banking portals to make payments and avoid long lines.

This will help in mitigating COVID-19 risks said BWS.
