BEL announces emergency power outage in Stann Creek District today

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belize Electricity Limited (BEL) advises there is an emergency power outage in the Stann Creek District today, Wednesday, November 3.

BEL said all areas along Sittee River Road, a portion of All Pines Road, Sittee River, and All Pines are being affected.

BEL said the power outage was necessary “to urgently replace faulty device on power line in the area”.

The power cut started at 3:38 a.m. and will last until 4:30 p.m.
