Rebound in cases in Belize District, North and South

By Aaron Humes: There has been a rebound in cases in the Old Capital and points north and south, though not at the crisis levels of the preceding weeks.

Belize City added 37 new cases of 53 in the Belize District excluding San Pedro Town which added 22.

In the North there were 11 of 24 new cases in Orange Walk Town and 15 of 30 in Corozal Town.

Dangriga and Independence/Placencia added 12 each of 35 new cases in Stann Creek and Punta Gorda Town 15 of 28 for Toledo.

Only in Cayo were there no double-digit numbers reported, with 10 cases in San Ignacio and Santa Elena Towns combined (the latter had the majority with eight) of 29 total.
