BREAKING: Disclosure delayed for Jasmine Hartin

By Aaron Humes, San Pedro: There has been a further delay in the proceedings on the manslaughter by negligence charge against Jasmine Hartin.

In court, the prosecutor informed the presiding magistrate that the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has not yet forwarded the file, delaying the provision of disclosure.

Hartin will return to court on February 16, 2022, both to receive the disclosure in this case and also to answer to the charges of common assault and drug possession scheduled for trial at that time.
