By Aaron Humes: Teenager Kashive O’Brien has been charged for attempted murder, dangerous harm, and use of deadly means of harm.

This is in connection with the December 16 shooting of Leonard Baltazar, 19, in Dangriga Town.

Baltazar was said to be riding a scooter on downtown St. Vincent Street when he was approached from behind by two men on separate motorcycles, one of whom shot him. The other shooter is being sought.
