They saved nothing … all I am asking for us as villagers to join together and help these families … we need clothing for the family, as all of their personal belongings have been destroyed,” he posted on Tuesday night.

“We have to plan to begin working on building a house for the family as of tomorrow [meaning Wednesday]. I ask for those individuals who will or are available tomorrow to please join us as we help the family. We gather by Mr. Juan Sub house lot at 7:00 am tomorrow. Please let’s get as much people to help. It’s urgent!

“Any of my friends, businesses or any organization willing to help the family, feel free to contact us,” said Cal who also thanked BEL for reestablishing the electric supply.

In another post on Wednesday, Cal said his bus would be passing by Placencia and nearby villages for people who want to contribute.

“Anyone around Placencia and the villages along the road coming down to Red Bank wanting to support the family in anything, my bus KC Bus Line will be leaving Placencia at 4:00 pm in the afternoon. You guys can send it along and we will deliver to the family. You can contact conductor Jerry Cal @6714162 or myself personally @ 6231178,” Cal wrote.
