Belize Women’s National Team returns to training on March 10 for April World Cup Qualifiers

The Football Federation of Belize (FFB) called the Belize Women’s National Team to report to training camp at 9:00 am on Thursday, March 10, in preparation for the two remaining World Cup Qualifiers in April.

The BWNT is to play Aruba on Wednesday, April 6 in Belize and against Barbados on Tuesday, April 12, in the Dominican Republic.

The BWNT lost their first two matches in the World Cup qualifiers 0-6 against El Salvador and 0-8 against Panama. Both games were played in San Salvador, El Salvador.

Next week’s session is a two-day training camp on March 10 and 11. After that the team will continue training on the following dates:

March 16-18, 2022

March 23-25, 2022

April 1-14, 2022

The team is led by Head Coach Wayne Casimiro.
