Belize Weather: Fair and warm across the land

Mostly fair weather prevails according to the National Meteorological Service.

Skies will be sunny with cloudy spells today and partly cloudy tonight; showers will be isolated.

High temperatures reach 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 92 degrees in the interior, and 80 degrees in the hills. Low temperatures tonight range from 79 degrees along the coast to 71 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly at 10 to 20 knots; sea state is choppy with waves of three to five feet.

Tides will be high at 11:09 this morning and low at 5:58 this evening. Sunset occurs at three minutes past six and sunrise on Monday is at four minutes before six.

Continued similar weather conditions are expected for Monday.
