Kadeem Banks, who died along with Edison ‘Vintage’ Usher on Sunday in a motorcycle accident on the George Price Highway as they were travelling to San Ignacio to livestream the Women’s Cross Country Cycling Classic, was laid to rest on Wednesday.

Funeral services were held at Saint Ignatius Church in Belize City.

“Today we lay Kadeem Nelson Banks to rest,” said the Cycling Federation of Belize.

“A well-known figure in the biker world and the cycling industry. May God’s strength and guidance be with his family today.”

Banks reportedly died on the spot of the accident. Usher was taken to the Western Regional Hospital in Belmopan where he passed away a couple hours later.
