Attorney Orson Elrington clarifies that PC Alicia Trapp has not yet been charged

By Aaron Humes: According to Orson Elrington, Constable Alicia Trapp has not yet been charged and he is awaiting word on when that will take place.

But Elrington says that is not the end of the matter. He wants to see the evidence of the witnesses police say they have spoken to, and claims at least three people have been denied the opportunity to make a statement in support of Trapp.

The totality of the evidence, said Elrington, should be presented to the court in order to determine who is right and who is wrong.

As for the possibility of interdiction, Elrington said that they would deal with that matter as it comes.
