By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service today forecasts sunny skies with some cloudy spells and partly cloudy skies tonight. A few showers and isolated thunderstorms will occur at points across the country this morning, but generally isolated to these areas, and mainly over the south tonight.
High temperatures will reach 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 92 degrees over inland areas and 81 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 81 degrees along the coast; 72 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills.
Winds will be easterly to northeasterly at five to 15 knots. The seas will be light chop with waves of two to four feet.
Tides will be low at 2:00 p.m. this afternoon then high at 8:18 this evening. Sunset is at 6:14 this evening and sunrise on Monday morning at 5:37.
The outlook sees a few showers and isolated thunderstorms countrywide on Monday morning, decreasing to isolated showers or thunderstorms on Monday night.
