By Hugh O’Brien: Nicaragua dampened Belize’s hope a bit by coming from behind on Tuesday evening to beat Belize in the XIV Men’s Under-19 Central American Championship of Afecavol.

The game ended with Nicaragua winning 3 sets to Belize’s 2. Belize won the first 2 sets(15-25, 19-25) but fell to Nicaragua in the last 3 sets (25-23, 29-27, 15-13).

Both Belize and Nicaragua have a 2-1 record but Belize maintained its second place position by a margin of 1 point over Nicaragua (ie. Belize 9 pts and Nicaragua 8 pts)
