Belmopan business robbed by a group of armed men

By Benjamin Flowers: A Belmopan business was robbed yesterday by three men, two of whom were armed.

Reports are that the men entered Hummingbird Farm Supply around 11:45 a.m.

Members of the staff told police that one of the men was armed with a shotgun, while the other was armed with a .9mm pistol.

The men put the staff members to lie on the ground and then stole an assortment of electrical household items and an undisclosed amount of cash before making their escape.

Police are investigating.
