Belize Weather: Mostly fair weather prevailing but night-time showers forecasted

By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies today with a few cloudy intervals. Shower activity will be isolated. Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy with a few showers or light rain and a chance of an isolated thunderstorm mainly along coastal areas.

High temperatures today reach 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 90 degrees over inland areas and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 75 degrees along the coast, 70 degrees in inland areas and 66 degrees in the hills.

Winds are north to northwest at five to ten knots, with little disturbance in the seas.

Tides will be low at 10:59 this morning and 9:35 tonight and high at 5:44 this evening. The sun sets at 5:39 this evening and rises at 5:43 Tuesday morning.

On Tuesday expect cloudy spells with a few showers or light rain during the daytime, increasing at night.
