Three female entrepreneurs in Belmopan receive $2,500

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Three female entrepreneurs that participated in the national Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) roadshow in Belmopan are receiving $2,500 in seed capital.

The business pitch competition, which is a part of the MSME roadshow is sponsored by the Ministry of Human Development, Families, and Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs.

The purpose of the roadshow is to raise public awareness of the goods and services being produced by MSMEs.

The recipients, Hannah Smith of Loaves, Shalwa Leslie of Farmed to Perfection, and Francica Lord of Spice Life were the winners of the pitch competition.

BELTRAIDE joined in extending congratulations to the female entrepreneurs that will use the fund to help grow their businesses.
