Benque Viejo’s “Doña Rosa” celebrates 102 Birthday

Cayo West Area Representative, Jorge “Milin” Espat joined in extending birthday wishes to “Doña Rosa”.

“On behalf of Hon. Jorge Espat and the Cayo West Executive Committee, we would like to wish Brijilda Rosalia Nabet de Castellanos a very Happy Birthday.

May the joy that you have spread in the past come back to you on this day,” Espat said.
