Pomona man arrested for murdering ex-girlfriend’s new lover

By Benjamin Flowers: Police have arrested and charged a 43-year-old man from Pomona Village, Stann Creek District, for killing his ex-girlfriend’s new lover.

On Saturday, October 8, 29-year-old Kevin Williams was in the company of the 39-year-old woman when he was attacked by Doratian Salam.

Salam was on a motorcycle and when he saw Williams and the woman, he attacked with a knife, inflicting fatal stab wounds.

Salam was on the run for days until he eventually turned himself in, in the presence of his attorney, to Dangriga police on Wednesday, when he was officially charged with murder.
