Hurricane Martin becomes 7th Hurricane of 2022 Atlantic Hurricane Season 

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Hurricane Martin has become the 7th hurricane of the 2022 Atlantic Hurricane Season.

Hurricane Lisa that is headed for Belize is the 6th hurricane of the 2022 Atlantic Hurricane Season.

Forecasters say that Hurricane Martin is expected to get larger and stronger through  tomorrow, gradually lose strength from Thursday through the weekend, but remain a very large cyclone.

Hurricane-force winds extend outward up to 35 miles (55 km) from the center and tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 140 miles (220 km).

There are no hazard affecting land due to Hurricane Martin at this time.
