Indian national robbed by armed men in Belize City

By Benjamin Flowers: An Indian national was robbed in Belize City this week.

Thirty-two-year-old Chandra Prakash, told police that he was at a store on Mahogany Street around 1:35 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, doing cash pickups and was approached by two men when he exited the store.

One of the men pointed a gun at him and the other took from him a black knapsack, which contained an undisclosed amount of cash, cheques, and a black Apple iPad.

Police are investigating.
