Ministry of Education distribute stationery and sanitary supplies to schools affected by Hurricane Lisa

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, Minister of Education, Francis Fonseca and Chief Executive Officer, Dian Maheia distributed much-needed stationery and sanitary supplies to 4 schools that were damaged as a result of Hurricane Lisa.

The 4 schools are Mina Grant and Ethel Vargas Community Preschool, Stella Maris Primary School, Holy Redeemer Primary School and Sadie Vernon Technical High School in Belize City.

“This initiative realises #YourMoECST’s commitment to assist schools in the wake of Hurricane Lisa. We look forward to doing more in the coming days,” the Ministry said.
