By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Elections and Boundaries Department announced that its Central Office, also known as the Administrative Headquarters, will be closed on Wednesday, February 1.
The Central Office is located at the old Land’s Building in Belmopan.
“The closure is to enable the staff to attend the funeral services of Mr. Paulino Castellanos, beloved father of Mrs. Josephine Tamai, Chief Elections Officer. The office will re-open for normal working hours on Thursday, 2nd February 2023,” said the Elections and Boundaries Department in a statement.
