Wiltshire, a Trinidadian native, was a student of Holy Name Convent, Port of Spain, and is the youngest of four sisters.

Roxanne Wiltshire, an alumnus of the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Master’s graduate from The Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, is a mother to two girls. She is a revered philanthropist, known for founding The Wiltshire Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to combatting a myriad of societal inequities, spanning academic, environmental, financial, health, judicial, and social barriers, with a particular emphasis on literacy.
