Edgar Martinez, Gabriel Nuñez to represent Belize in XXI Central American Senior Beach Volleyball Championship in Guatemala

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belize will be competing in the XXI Central American Senior Beach Volleyball Championship to be held in Guatemala.

According to the Belize Volleyball Association (BVA), Edgar Martinez and Gabriel Nuñez will represent The Jewel at the regional tournament to be held at Campo Marte in Guatemala City from August 25-27.

All Central American countries, except Panama, are competing in the tournament organized by the Central American Association of Volleyball Federations (AFECAVOL).

Gabriel Nuñez represented Belize in the Men’s Beach Volleyball Championship at Central American and Caribbean Games in El Salvador in June along with Ernest Broaster.

According to the BVA, Martinez has represented Belize at the Central American Games in 2017 and at other Central American Beach Volleyball championships.
