Elden Flowers, Kareem Franklin charged with murder of Orel Leslie

By Aaron Humes: Police have announced charges against 27-year-old Elden Flowers and 26-year-old Kareem Franklin of murder in the death of Orel Leslie.

The businessman was gunned down in his vehicle near Regent Street, Belize City, last Sunday night.

Flowers and Franklin are presently remanded on firearm and ammunition charges after being caught by Police in a chase with a nine-millimeter Glock and four live rounds of ammunition.
