Belize Elite Basketball League: Belmopan Trojans edge Western Ballaz 76-74

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Belmopan Trojans slipped past the Western Ballaz by a basket 76-74 at the UB Gymnasium in Belmopan on Saturday night in their sixth game in the Belize Elite Basketball League.

Jevaughan Mckenzie led the way for the Trojans scoring 16 points, grabbing four rebounds, and making one assist.

Tramarcus Levi scored 14 points, got three rebounds, and made two assists. Raul Roches netted twelve points, and swerved one assist. Jayden Lopez added 12 points, grabbed one rebound, and made three assists.

Mark Gordon of the Western Ballaz topscored with 23 points. He grabbed three rebounds and made one assist.

Darnell Oden was good for 16 points and one assist while JD Weatherspoon scored 11 points and snatched five rebounds.

The Trojans recorded their second win against four losses while the Western Ballaz fell to one win and three losses.
