Prime Minister serves food to servicemen and women in appreciation of their service

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, Prime Minister John Briceño joined in extending gratitude to officers of the Belize Defence Force (BDF).

That is, in addition to displaying his driving skills, taking a test drive of 1 of 10 HINO trucks donated to the BDF today.

“The biblical teachings of our Savior is about service to and love for others.

We have established an annual tradition of service and an expression of appreciation for our servicemen. Every year, it is a meaningful event. This year, our Minister of Foreign Affairs Hon. Eamon Courtenay and our Minister of State for Defense Hon. Oscar Mira and Minister of Defense Hon. Florencio Marin joined in the festivities,” PM Briceño said.

The Prime Minister thanked the men and women of the BDF for their service to Belize.
