Works on the ground happening in Silver Creek, Toledo

By BBN Staff: Today, the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Unit (RWSSU) in the Ministry of Rural Transformation, Community Development, Labour, and Local Government along with the Silver Creek Water Board in Toledo replaced a corroded galvanized pipe that was leaking water. 

The pipe transmits water from the well to the tank. 

The leakage caused water wastage and increased the hours it takes to fill the tank, affecting the water supply.

The joint replacement of the pipes was done with materials from the water board and the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Unit (RWSSU) provided the labor.
