Monday, October 13, 2014. PATRICK E. JONES Reporting: The People’s United Party (PUP) has chosen its slate of candidates to contest the Municipal Elections on Wednesday, March 4, 2015.

A convention was held on Sunday, October 12 at the Octavia Waight Convention Center in San Ignacio town.

After the votes were counted, Ramon Quiroz emerged as the Mayoral candidate.

Joining him on the winning slate as councillor candidates are Shane Vasquez, Sharon Codd, Danielle Rodriguez, Omar Rodriguez, Sheena Urbina and Rodrigues Elias Nino.
