Sunday, June 21, 2015. BMG: A report was made to Cayo police by 37 year old Ann Fermin that her son, 14 year old Louis Bowen had left their Cotton Tree Village residence at around 6:00p.m on June 11th, 2015 and has since not returned or been located.

Fermin told police that her son was last seen wearing a green T-shirt, black long jeans pants and red slippers.

Louis was described by his mother as having a brown complexion, about 5’2 in height, slim built, a low hair cut with black hair, round eyes, large ears and weighs about 80 pounds.

Anyone with information about Bowen should contact the nearest police station.
