Delmar Ortega charged for fatal traffic accident

Leslie’s Toyota corolla collided into a GMC driven at the time by Delmar Ortega. Ortega was overtaking a tractor which was carrying oranges.

Ortega was also injured in the traffic accident and was hospitalized.

Yesterday, he was taken to court and charged for two counts of manslaughter and 2 counts of negligent harm.
