Three year old boy drowns in well

BBN Staff: A three year old child was reported dead yesterday.

He has been identified as Benjamin Mas.

His father, Arturo Mas, 25, told police that he was at his home in Bella Vista, Toledo, when he decided to make checks on his son.

He searched the house and the yard but could not locate the toddler. It was not until he took a  look inside the well that he saw the child dead from apparent drowning.

The child was transported to the Independence Polyclinic where he was certified dead.
