Breaking: key evidence found in San Pedro investigations

By Aaron Humes: Ahead of tonight’s community meeting in San Pedro Town, a series of developments have been reported in respect of two recent major crimes.

Silverio Cal and Melvin Alexander Montesino have been missing since June 12, when they met up after a phone call and left together on a motorbike.

Today based on information received, police and family members combed the area of Habanero subdivision, 11 miles north of San Pedro Town, where the motorcycle used by the missing men was found. Some of their personal belongings and bloodstains were also discovered. Police continue to search the area at this hour.

Meanwhile, a fishing rod and expended shells were found at the bottom of the sea in the double murder of Mario Graniel and Dr. Gary Swank case, in which several persons are detained. The tour guide and visiting tourist were shot dead on Sunday morning during a fishing trip. Outside investigators are assisting police in this investigation.
