John Briceño thanks everyone for prayers

By BBN Staff: People’s United Party (PUP) Leader, John Briceño, is still at home recovering from a road traffic accident last week in which he received minor injuries.

However, the Orange Walk Central Area Representative was grateful for those who wished him well during this ordeal.

On his social media he posted, “Thank you for all your concerns, for all your prayers, for all your calls, for all your cares….a million thanks.”

On Friday morning Briceño and his driver, Edwin Hill, were heading from Orange Walk Town to Belize City.

However, upon reaching Rhaburn Ridge, they had to swerve off the highway to avoid collision with a bus on the opposite end of the road that had entered their lane.

The driver of that bus, Nadale Cajun, has since been charged with the offense of driving without due care and attention.
