Warm and dry weather to continue

The National Meteorological Service of Belize says that weather conditions are expected to remain warm and dry today, due to a warm east to southeasterly airflow moving across the country.

The 24-hour forecast calls for mostly sunny skies today with little to no rainfall and partly cloudy to clear skies tonight with only isolated showers, if any, over the south.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 90 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 96 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 86 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 82 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 73 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 70 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East-Southeast between 5-15 knots and the sea state will be choppy-moderate.

There will be a low tide at 9:02 a.m. and a high tide at 3:12 p.m. The sun will set at 5:27 p.m. and the moon will rise today at 11:08 p.m.
