Man passes away days after road traffic accident

By BBN Staff: On November 16th there was a road traffic accident on the Iguana Creek Road.

Pedro Bahadur told police that he was inside his Amarok Volkswagen heading from a south to east direction.

A motorcycle driven by Adan Diaz, was headed in the same direction.

Bahadur reported to police that in the process of trying to overtake the motorcycle, the motorcycle swerved into his lane and a collision occurred.

Unfortunately after being hospitalized, Diaz passed away yesterday at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.

Bahadur, who was initially served with a notice of intended prosecution, may face additional charges depending on the outcome of police investigations.
