Man shot on Cumberbatch Avenue last night passes away

By BBN Staff: Shortly before 9 o’clock last night we reported a shooting in the Lake Independence area of Belize City.

Today, we can confirm that the victim was Delbert Alvarez.

He was reportedly on a verandah on Cumberbatch Avenue when someone walked up to him and opened fire.

While receiving treatment at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, he passed away.
