Warm weather to continue

By BBN Staff: The latest report from the National Meteorological Service of Belize says that mainly fair, warm, and dry weather conditions will continue during the next couple of days.

The 24-hour forecast calls for mostly sunny skies today and partly cloudy to clear skies tonight. Little or no rainfall is expected.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 90 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 82 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 80 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 74 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East-Southeast at between10-20 knots and the sea state will be moderate-rough. A small craft caution is in effect for gusty winds and occasionally rough seas.

A low tide began at 6:34 a.m. and there will be a high tide at 12:30 p.m.

The sun will set at 5:53 p.m. and the moon will rise today at 9:36 p.m.
