Dr. Marvin Manzanero: more front line workers infected with COVID-19

By BBN Staff: Director of Health Services, Dr. Marvin Manzanero informed minutes ago that with relation to front line workers, 4 police officers and 6 medical staff have tested positive for COVID-19. A total of 10 frontline officers have therefore been infected with the virus, up from 8 officers that was reported yesterday.

Of these front line workers, a doctor, a nurse and a pharmacist are from the public sector and two doctors and a nurse are from the private sector.

Manzanero also clarified that the medical staff of the private sector may have been exposed to a patient with COVID-19, but that the medical staff of the public sector may have been exposed while not on duty.
