Orange Walk woman dies of COVID-19; Belize now has 24 COVID-19 deaths

By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Health informed a short while ago that there is another COVID-19 death in Belize. The person is a 62 year old woman from Orange Walk.

With this death, Belize has now recorded 24 COVID-19 related deaths. Fifteen of these deaths are males, and 9 are females.

Belize’s death rate as a percent of total positive cases now stands at 1.32%.
