Only 5 prison escapees still on the run

By BBN Staff: The Belize Police Department has released the names of the five escapees from the Belize Central Prison who are still on the run.

The latest wanted poster released by the department tonight shows that Michael Faux, Jaroud Lamb, Erwin Lanza, Enrique Martinez, and Carlos Montejo, remain at large.

The remaining escapees were a part of a group of 28 that escaped from prison on October 10.

Notably, authorities believe that Montejo is one of the masterminds behind the prison break.

Those that have been recaptured have been additionally charged for their escape.
