The MOHW’s latest update on the national situation said that 36 people are hospitalized at the various COVID-19 units countrywide.

Two people are reportedly in intensive care as their conditions have worsened.

Notably, the number of hospitalizations increased from 32 to 36 as of yesterday, December 14, while the number of patients in intensive care went down from 3 to 2.

The public is advised to follow all necessary protocols for the prevention of the spread of the virus, as infections, hospitalizations, and deaths continue to rise in Belize.
