By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize (Belize Met Service) says that moist conditions will continue to cause scattered showers over the country today.
The 24-hour forecast calls for mostly cloudy skies with showers over most areas today. Showers will decrease and become isolated tonight.
Today’s temperature highs will range from 83 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 85 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 76 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 75 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 72 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 65 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.
Winds will be blowing East between 05-15 knots, and the sea state will be light chop.
Low tide began at 8:08 a.m. and high tide will come in at 2:18 p.m.
The sun will set at 5:31 p.m. and the moon will rise at 10:53 p.m.
