Hi Everybody

The people of Belize are amazing.

Yesterday, you the people, again, went out quietly and voted in towns and cities, for who you wanted.

Thank you!

The skeptics tried to spin that you were fatigued, but you showed up.

Your voice was clear.

Your vote demonstrates a commitment to democracy even as you struggle though a pandemic and painful economic times.

Respect to all Belizeans who exercised their right to vote.

I offer congratulations to all ranks in my Party for delivering a decisive victory for democracy and for plan Belize.

I am humbled by your energy for democracy.

Over the past few weeks I had the opportunity as your Prime Minister to stay in touch, greeting you at your door steps, in the parks, and on the sidewalks. I felt the hope and love in your words and concerns.

Yes, our work ahead is huge.

Our planBelize is both external and internal.

Our focus remains: putting lands in your hands, fighting for a safe society, pushing forward our farm to table food programs, getting our children back in school, opening up the economy to tourism and other key investments for job creation.

Ayer el pueblo beliceño demostró una vez mas que es un pueblo asombroso y a la vez maravilloso.

Repetidamnete nuestra gente  nos hace ver que es un pueblo pensante… que sabe exactamente lo que quiere. Esta vez nos volvio a dar la confianza y estamos… como Partido…muy agradecidos con y orgullosos del pueblo beliceño. Prometemos cumplir con el mandato claro que nos dieron y no les faltaremos como gobierno.

Saldremos de esta… como siempre… porque juntos con planbelice vamos a prevalecer!

I urge you to get the vaccine when it is your turn.

For you, for your family, for the nation!

For now it is time to get on with the work, of fixing the economy, creating jobs, and getting our children back to school.
