Skiff valued at $10,000 stolen in Southern Belize

By Zoila Palma: Today, Josephine Saldana reported that when she arrived at the Green Iguana outpost near the river located at phase three Sittee Point area, she noticed that a 25 foot black and white Hull Fiber glass skiff valued at $10,000 was missing.

The skiff had registration No. BZ-0418. It also had a Suzuki brand 4 stroke, 70 HP black outboard engine S/N 07001F-880127 valued at $15,000.00 attached to it.

The skiff and outboard engine belong to “Get to Know Belize Adventure Tour Company.”

Saldana stated that the skiff was last seen docked on Monday, June 7, 2021, at about 5 p.m., at the riverside.

Police are investigating.
